Everyone should be able to access legal services and the advice of an attorney. PleadWrite™ Attorneys, PLLC welcomes the opportunity to assist. Our team of attorneys is here to consult on a variety of issues. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, we represent clients across the state of Texas. Do you have transactional issues such as mediation, negotiation, contract review, or end-to-end litigation needs, including research, developing case strategies, trial, and appeal? Our law firm can help.

Clients will have the ease of communicating with our Attorneys 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Communication is key, and we are constantly refining means to get information to clients faster and more conveniently. PleadWrite™ Attorneys, PLLC encourages full client participation, and it is best achieved when communication is made a priority. Our staff is steadily growing. So, we can scale as our client's demands grow. From simple issues to complex needs, our Attorneys are able to walk clients through each legal stage.

The Attorneys assigned to work with clients will be a lifestyle change. As a client, you will get the opportunity to build rapport with your assigned Attorney. We will have networking opportunities that we hope you will attend in order to better learn the character of your assigned Attorney. Remember us at your life events, such as baby dedications, weddings, and the loss of loved ones. Our Attorneys won't make every life event, but we will attend when our schedule permits. We want our Attorneys to be part of your business goals. So, include us early. You don't have to wait until you're being sued. Rapport is not built overnight. For the most part, your Attorney will be assigned to you for many years to come. Some folks will remember having primary care physicians who made house calls. Or, you may remember your insurance agent who visited you every month and asked about your family. Or, remember the preacher who prayed for you at the hospital. Well, rapport building requires spending time with folks and asking about their family and caring enough to know when they are sick. Our Attorneys will take the time to know who they represent. And, since the Attorneys will be assigned to clients for long lengths of time, they will build rapport authentically and genuinely over time. So the next time you say this is my Attorney, you will know that you have beyond a mere contract relationship.

Types of Cases

Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents can make the difference in whether or not litigation will be required in the future. Legal documents are governed by case law, common law, and statutes. So, our services include wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, real estate deeds, contracts, releases, demand and response letters, lease agreements, business forms, and much more.

Family cases can take an emotional toll, especially in divorce matters and child cases. Our attorneys can assist with all legal issues governed by case law and the Texas Family Code.

Before a person is found to have committed a crime with proof beyond a reasonable doubt, the defendant must have the mental requirement as well have committed the action according to the Texas Penal Code.

Civil cases are typically between individuals who believe the other party has not fulfilled the obligations of an agreement or has not satisfied the requirements of the law. The successful party seeks money or a specific performance from the other party.

Many more cases are included in client subscriptions
